RELIABILITY - With a workforce of 50 carpenters, 4 apprentices and 10 labourers, we can staff the biggest of jobs with very little notice.
SCHEDULE - We have a bonus scheme in place encouraging our foremen to always stick to the principal contractors programme.
HASSLE - We understand and impress upon our staff the reason for contracting out work is to relieve the principal contractor of a heavy workload.
SNAGGING - We employ well paid, high quality tradesmen. Our carpenters are responsible for their own snagging, ensuring principal contractors and our own profit.
Latest Company News... JMD Building Services recently constructed a 'high tech' roof as part of the new Marlow Academy in Ramsgate, Kent. It is the first of its kind on site in the UK, and the contract with ECC Timber Engineering was completed some 7 weeks ahead of deadline forming part of the main contract with Wates.

CLEANLINESS - Every contract we undertake has at least one labourer in the JMD team who will dedicate time in his day to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
HEALTH & SAFETY - JMD Building Services take health and safety issues very seriously. We are CHAS accredited and all of our foremen being registered safety officers.
COURTESY - A member of our management team, either John O'Donnell or Dan Fowler, will contact the principal contractors offices once a week to discuss progress and any problems from either party. We find that in the long term this makes for a good client - customer relationship.
