Standard Terms & Conditions

• Invoicing for works completed on a fortnightly basis payable within 7 days
  
  
• Invoicing will cover labour and fixings only
  
  
• Principal contractor will supply materials
  
  
• Lifting equipment and banksman provided by principal contractor
  
  
• JMD Building Services to provide all fixings within quoted price
  
  
• Any additional site health and safety requirements to be briefed prior to commencement of contract
  
  
• Welfare to be provided by principal contractor
  
  
• For residential new builds VAT to be charged at 0%
  
  
• Invoicing will be subject to VAT on all other builds
  
  
• Any delays due to other trades will attract day works out of contract
  
  
• Any delays due to slow supply of materials will attract day works out of contract
